OUTCOMES

Insights from user research revealed that customers were linking news and data from separate products together in their workflows. We created new concepts to make this process more efficient resulting in the FG Dashboard. The product was successfully launched as a paid subscription service, serving 4,500 active users in 550 aviation companies and achieving multimillion pound revenue.

TESTIMONIALS

“The rounds of user interviews which Jess organised and ran in conjunction with our external design team were invaluable during the Flightglobal Dashboard development process. Jess has an ability to always extract the maximum amount of insight from each user interview.”

”Jess’s valuable input didn’t stop when the product was built but continued right through to the go-to-market strategy. A great ambassador for our customer’s voice.”
