Writing about why there are so few women in design leadership

I was pleased when Modus design blog picked up my piece on why there are so few women in design leadership. A study showed that only 11% of senior leadership roles in design are held by women so I explored the reasons behind this shocking stat. I got a good response from people in general, although one man commented to say women should stay home and look after their husbands!
